This is the worst idea I've ever had

Bruce was used to breaking out of places with a little more....smashing then finesse, but it wasn't like he could or wanted to say no when Nat had tracked him down and told him what had happened to Clint. he couldn't not help. He had designed the Raft after all and so he was one of the few who could actually get in He was currently hacking into the prison system's computer and trying to clear the way for Cap to get to the others. "Six months of quiet," he grumbled quietly, "Clint Barton you do enjoy  driving me crazy."

'No more drugs' He signs still wheezing trying to get air and he is relaxed and not forcing it. It's just hard from how many downers are pumping through his system. 'Not forcing it, just feels shallow...' He signs breath slowing but he still doesn't feel like he's getting much air. But not as startled as when he woke up.

"No more drugs," Bruce signs back saying it out loud at the same time to make his promise firm, "your body is freaking out Clint it's been slammed with drugs meant for someone who isn't you and it's trying to power you through it. Don't let it."

'Not in my head... lungs feel tight.' He signs trying to work on his breathing. 'Like I'm not getting enough air.' He signs more, breathe still wheezing like an asthma attack. He licks his lips a little sitting up and leaning forward trying to get more air in.

Bruce adjusts his hands so that one is behind Clint's back and he reaches for the kit at his other hand. "Clint," he says, "I was hoping this would happen naturally, but it looks like I'm gonna need to medically help you. Can I inject you with something?"

Clint wrinkles his nose and signs 'what?' as he keeps trying to breath, getting better, but far slowly. 'But okay... just keep talking.' He signs and speaks his voice wheezing. 'These drugs would be terrible for you...' He signs not speaking this time.

"They are supposed to be," Bruce signs as he gently injects Clint with a steroid, "it's meant to punish me and keep me down long enough for the collar to be put on." He shakes his head. "Ross enjoys being a dick to me whenever he can."

'You are never gonna take this.' He signs, wincing a little as Bruce gives his the shot, but in a few moments, he feels like his lungs are opening up again and that he can breath. He pops his hearing aids in and lays his head in Bruce's lap.

"As soon as the heats off we should go someplace on vacation." Clint says finally taking deep slow breaths.

"Yeah I was thinking one of the Disney parks maybe," Bruce says taking Clint's pulse, "lots of crowds not a lot of people would notice us and we have talked about going there before."

"I've never been..." He says breathing finally evening out and coming easier then it had before. "Always wanted too, never got too." He shrugs and feels sleep starting to creep up on him, real sleep, not passing out from drugs.

He rolls over in Bruce's lap face pressing into the doctors stomach pulling the blanket around them as sleep starts to take him over.

Bruce quietly strokes Clint's hair as the archer slept and the plane flew on to Wakanda. He was thinking deep thoughts and not so deep ones the whole time. About the past and the future and the Avengers broken and not broken.

Clint snuggles deeper into Bruce face pressed to the doctor's belly as his arms wrap around the man's middle, finally sleeping for real, not the sleep of the drugged and passed out.

The archer doesn't wake up until the plane is touching down in Wakanden air space, and lets out a low groan. "Oh my god..." He mutters, "head ache and dry mouth." He says pressing back into Bruce's stomach like he's trying to crawl inside the doctor and hide.

Bruce reaches over and grabs a bottle of water from the few Steve had brought him. He opens it and puts it under Clint's nose "Small sips and then we'll talk about some food and painkillers. Don't want to pass out in front of royalty."

"No painkillers..." Clint says line facing, sipping the water, it's still an issue for him, he doesn't like how they make is mind foggy. But he knows Bruce will push them, because his body needs them.

He sips the water a little more, "I'm hungry but food sounds gross." He says nuzzling Bruce a little.

"Nothing to make you drowsy," Bruce promises quietly, 'just something so you can start healing okay. And I was thinking soup....that chicken noodle curry one you like only with less curry in it."

"How about no curry...." Clint nods sipping more of the ice water, "Normal chicken noodle soup sound nice." He lets out a slow breath. "Do you have my extra hearing aids?" He asks licking his lips a little.

Bruce pulls the hearing aids out of his pocket and moves to hand them to Clint. "I adjusted the levels, let me know if they are too loud okay," he says in his softly quiet way.

Clint sighs in relief and pops them in adjusting the dial on the sides a little, and gives Bruce a shaky kiss. "Much better... probably wont keep them in long, my head is still hurting, but I don't know how many people know sign..."

"I can translate if you need me too," Bruce says, "I've also been teaching Steve the basics to use on missions. He admits it comes in handy from time to time."

"I can sign in more then ASL Bruce... speak a couple other languages too... it's just a matter of if they use ASL here or one of the other sign languages..." He smiles but gives Bruce a kiss, "Good to know I have a translator tho." He smiles tiredly...

Bruce smiles and kisses back. "What kind of partner would I be if I didn't know how to talk to you," he said, "I know I'm not the greatest communicator ever, but I try Clint, I try."

"You do try, and I love you for it... still pissed you agree with Tony, the man who gave us Ultron, and every other thing they are blaming the avengers as a whole for... Also New York... was Shield's fault not ours..." He snorts "People forget that... I warned Fury doors go two ways..." He slurs stumbling still a little too drugged as they get off the plane.

Bruce takes as much of Clint's weight as he can handle and wisely doesn't try to argue with Clint anymore. He has enough guilt over Ultron as it is and no one was the bad guy in either situation. "Let's get you settle in for a nap Clint," Bruce said, "the best way to clear your system is sleep right now."

"A nap sounds good, don't wanna be rude to Hello Kitty, though..." He mumbles, "He didn't even know who I was when we were fighting..." He frowns, "No one cares about hawkeye, the useless avenger..." He says drugs starting to mess with his mood, a nap is for sure in order.

Bruce fought the urge to laugh. "I'm going to pretend I didn't hear you call the King of Wakanda Hello Kitty," he muttered, "though given his personality he will most likely find it funny. And for the record I care about useless old Hawkeye...I love him and you Clint Barton."

"I'll say it to his face." He slurs tapping Bruce's nose and laughing, nuzzling into Bruce's neck. "You're gonna put me down for a nap, or a nap..." he slurs again a little more. "Been awhile since we played like that."
